Below you’ll find our Warranty Agreement, Service details, and Service Authorization terms. Please read these carefully—they apply to all purchases and service requests with Leon’s Heavy Equipment.
Warranty Agreement
Leon’s Heavy Equipment does not provide warranties of any kind. While many competitors advertise warranties, they often fail to honor them. We choose to be upfront: all sales are final, and equipment is sold as-is, where-is. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect equipment before purchase.
Each invoice clearly states:
“All items are sold ‘as is, where is’ with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect equipment before purchase. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or buy-backs will be accepted.”
Instead of empty promises, we stand behind our customers with mechanics and parts on standby.
Service
We provide ongoing support through our certified contractor mechanics, with service available at our dealership and on-site throughout the Greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas.
- Our contractor mechanics are the same skilled professionals who prepare our equipment before sale, and they’re available for tune-ups, diagnostics, and emergency service.
 - We also service equipment purchased outside of Leon’s Heavy Equipment.
 - Contact us with your machine ID, serial number, and a description of the issue for assistance.
 - Emergency support is available during and after business hours (subject to mechanic availability).
