Payment Options - Leon's Heavy Equipment

No payment is needed until the equipment is at your hands. Except for long distance shipping.

Accepted Methods

We support multiple secure methods. Some options may vary by order size or location.

  • Wire transfer (preferred for fast release).
  • Cashier’s check or certified bank check. (must be given within issuing banks hours)
  • Business check (Must clear before delivery or pick up).
  • Credit/debit card; a processing fee will apply.
  • Financing through our partners (subject to approval, available in person and through business days only).

Deposits & Timing

To hold a machine we typically require a deposit. Final payment is due before pickup or shipment.

  • Standard hold deposit 5% (non-refundable).
  • Balances must clear before release.
  • Equipment can be held for up to 14 days with deposit. After this period, it will be released back for sale. Deposits are Non-Refundable.
  • Final payment must clear before delivery, pickup, or shipment.
  • Invoices and paid receipts are provided for your records.

Sales Tax

  • Sales/use tax is collected when required by law.
  • Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid certificate before invoicing.
  • Export sales: A bill of lading is required. Buyer or their agent may not take possession of equipment in California, or sales tax will be charged.
