How the ball rolls
The ball keeps on bouncing and we keep on catching, all thanks to our past, present, and future customers!

Meet the Team
We are a dynamic group of individuals who are passionate about what we do and dedicated to delivering the best results for our customers.

Lino Leon
CEO / Founder
Lino, 25, grew up around heavy machinery, founding the company after Norco community college, building it while at UCSD; now a business student at Cal Poly Pomona, he sources equipment for builders and personally oversees purchases, guided by his motto: “It's nice to be nice.”

Yahir Ruben Castro Muniz
VP of Sales
Yahir, 20, lives in the Inland Empire and is studying Business Administration at Riverside Community College; a fluent Spanish speaker and seasoned heavy-equipment salesman, he leads the company in sales while pairing his success with a people-oriented, honest style.

Ales Charvat
President of Services
Ales, 25, is a Norco College student, born in the Czech Republic. Known for quick diagnostics — he can “make anything start.” Ales specializes in drivetrain and transmission work, and keeps a set of Milwaukee tools close by. Loves Chevy trucks; fears only stuck bolts—and spiders.

Robert Filkins
Lead Mechanic
Robert, 25, is a mechanical-engineering student. He brings strong hands-on aptitude to the team—comfortable diagnosing issues, explaining options to customers, and supporting Spanish-speaking buyers. He’s a family-first professional and devout Catholic.

Austin Cavanagh
Software Engineer
Austin, 27, is a UC Berkeley graduate who began his career consulting for the U.S. Air Force. Now pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, he has interned at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory – where he developed flight software for the upcoming lunar rover mission.

Aidan Godoy
Accountant
Aiden, 22, is an Industrial Engineering student at Cal Poly Pomona. He manages day-to-day operations, implements process controls, and oversees accounting, reporting, and cash flow. Aidan also owns an app-development business, leading product delivery and client engagements.
